RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at ritikshaecofarms@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Once Refund is initiated, the amount will be credited to your payment mode within 5~7 bank working days as per Payment gateway norms.
Note: We refund only Product value only If the Order is shipped.
Processing Time
When you send a Normal refund request to payumoney, the information is sent to payumoney banking partners. Depending on the bank’s processing time, the refunds can take 5-7 business days to reflect in the customer’s bank account or card balance.
The time taken to process a normal refund depends on the payment mode used while making the payment.

MISSING
Parcel opening video is a must for return, refund, or missing requests. Without video, none of the requests were entertained.
Some small products are packed inside another product bag, Please clearly check.
If the Items missing are confirmed, we will reship those items or refund money for missing items.
If a package is opened or the packages count is less while delivery, Don’t collect it and contact us immediately. If You collected those kinds of parcels without our concern, we cant help with that.

Shipping Policy
WHERE DOES Allatonestop DELIVER?
All at one stop.in (Ritiksha Eco Farms & Trader’s)ships its product all over India.
You can check the availability of delivery service to your area through the check availability box on any of our products.
We don’t sell our products out side of India.
Once We shipped, we will update your tracking number in the mail. Customers are requested to provide valid mail to update their status.
We usually dispatch your orders in 4~5 days. If may delay happens, we will inform you before order.
If parcels opened while delivery, Don’t collect.
WHEN DO WE DELIVER?
For all the serviceable areas, the delivery time would be 5 to 7 business days.
(Business days exclude Sundays and National Holidays.)
Same-day deliveries and Next-day delivery are not applicable.
Delivery may take longer due to:

To-Pay or Freight on Delivery (F.O.D.):
The “courier or freight charges” of the consignment are collected from the consignee at the time of delivery.
Modes Of Booking
Paid: Where the consignor pays at the time of booking the consignment. The consignee doesn’t have to pay at the time of delivery.
Topay: Where the consignor books the consignment without paying anything. The consignee would have to pay the freight charges at the time of delivery.
Types of Delivery
Office Delivery: Where the consignee comes to our nearest office and collects the consignment himself. No fee is collected if the consignee picks it up within 7 days from the date of arrival at the destination office. But after that, a nominal demurrage charge would be collected.
Home Delivery [Below 10Kg]: Where the consignment is delivered to the consignee mentioned address.
Parcel Home Delivery [Above 10Kg]: Where the consignment is delivered at Our Nearest office and Third-party be engaged for local delivery like Auto, Van, Tata Ace, A nominal charge will be collected by them for this service, as the rate is not included in the basic freight.
