Description
Fish are known to have high protein content and the most abundant amino acids are glutamic acid, aspartic acid, and lysine in aquatic organisms. The Fish Amino Acid (FAA) is a liquid made from fish waste. FAA is of great value to both plants and microorganisms in their growth, because it contains and abundant amount of nutrients and various types of amino acids (will constitute a source of nitrogen (N) for plants).
Benefits:
- Increase soil fertility and enrich soil nutrients. It makes the soil very loose, maintains the biomass of microorganisms and earthworms, and guarantees a healthy soil environment.
- Promote the growth of crop roots and leaves, and enhance photosynthesis, especially for seedlings.
- For leafy vegetable, it is possible to use FAA continuously to increase yield and improve taste and fragrance.
Dosage:
Follicle Spraying – 3-5ml per litre of water (repeat this process once in a week)
Soil Drenching: 5ml per litre of water (after planting); 5ml-10ml per litre (before planting). Avoid spraying during hot sun to prevent burning of leaves and evaporations of the solution before.
Note: It is not recommendable to use Fish Amino Acid during the period of reproductive growth, because it may induce over growth.
